A lucky guess does not count. Two correct does not count. The same skill must be answered correctly three times in a row, across different contexts, to be marked mastered.

Is BingAcademy a tutoring brand?
BingAcademy is an AI education group and core technology platform — it does not directly enroll students or take tuition. SmartSAT, SmartNCT, and the other Smart modules are independent private companies that run their own operations.
How will my learning data be used?
All learning-behavior data is encrypted at rest, de-identified, and used only to improve that student's personalized teaching. Minor data is access-controlled and minimized; parents and guardians can request export or deletion at any time.
Are AI-generated questions reliable?
The AI does not generate questions in a vacuum. We maintain question templates parameterized by skill and difficulty; the AI only varies wording within template bounds. This is a core constraint that prevents difficulty drift and hallucinated items.
Does SmartNCT guarantee a USCIS interview pass?
No. SmartNCT is a study aid. It does not replace an immigration attorney and does not constitute any guarantee about USCIS interview outcomes. No marketing material will make such a claim.
